EUROfusion is a European body that coordinates 30 research organisations and 150 affiliated entities to ensure the research towards nuclear fusion is coordinated across the EU, UK, Switzerland and Ukraine. Their ultimate goal is the construction of DEMO - a fully functioning nuclear power plant, connected to the grid that produces Electricity in a climate friendly and safe way.
