After lots of feedback about Fascia and chocolate (and books) last week, this episode continues the theme in a slightly different way. It considers the need to unite the way we look at fascia and integrate the language we use to describe it. I guess the theme (as ever for me) is bringing together the spirit and the science! I think we are in a paradigm shift that calls for new language to make sense of it - culturally as a species and personally as individuals, walking around whole and complete as we do!
