Francois Ratier is the Technical Director for Rugby Quebec in Canada. Born and raised in France, he played in the French Championship for SC Angouleme where he also coached their under 20s team. Shortly after, he relocated to Canada and has had various coaching roles in club, university, provincial elite, regional elite, and age-grade national.
