Orange City Council's Future City campaign program is much more than upgrading CBD infrastructure.
It’s also about a call to artists to put up their hand to create murals and art installations. 
And, preparations are under way for the first of a series of relaxed afternoon concerts, to be called Future Tunes. Among the musicians Orange City Council is funding is one performer who’s found himself back in Orange after years on the North Coast.
