Elizabeth Hewson is a Marketing and Brand Manager for Fink, one of Australia's leading restaurant groups, working closely with celebrated chefs including Peter Gilmore and Lennox Hastie. By night, she documents her pasta-making to eager Insta-fans using the hashtag #saturdaynightpasta. Elizabeth published her first book, Moving Out ... Eating In, in 2013. She lives in Sydney with her husband, Tom, baby son, Louis, and Bernese Mountain Dog, Forest.
