This week:
Vision Australia’s Career Start Program is now open for applications
The program is designed to help recent graduates living with a vision impairment get onto the first rung of the career ladder.
The program starts in April, lasts twelve months and consists of a nine month paid internship at Vision Australia, followed by a three month paid placement with another employer.
Matthew speaks to Gabrielle Simmons, who is part of the current crop of Vision Australia’s Career Start participants.
