Matador Mining (ASX: MZZ) chief executive officer Sam Pazuki joins Small Caps to discuss the company’s Cape Ray gold project in Canada’s Newfoundland province, which he describes as one of the world’s highest-grade undeveloped open-pit projects. In addition to its promising geology, Cape Ray is in a tier one mining jurisdiction and close to requisite infrastructure including low-cost renewable grid power. Cape Ray already has 837,000oz in contained gold resources with the majority of the project remaining underexplored.
