QMines (ASX: QML) chairman Andrew Sparke joins Small Caps to discuss the company’s planned exploration program at its Mt Chalmers copper-gold project in Queensland. The company is accelerating its plans to explore several priority targets with a view to deliver a third resource upgrade in the first half of 2022. QMines is currently preparing to commence a 2,000m 10-hole program to test the Tracker 3 copper prospect. The company’s resource growth strategy involves three other priority targets: Woods Shaft, Mt Chalmers mine and Mt Chalmers North. QMines also recently became one of three publicly-listed resource stocks to achieve ‘carbon neutral’ status under the Australian government’s Climate Active program.
