iCandy Interactive (ASX: ICI) chairman Kin Wai Lau joins Small Caps to discuss the company’s landmark acquisition of game art and animation company Lemon Sky Studios. Lemon Sky has an extensive portfolio of AAA games and partnerships with large industry players including EA Entertainment, Microsoft Studios, Disney and Nickelodeon. The combined entity will be among the largest of its kind in South East Asia, Australia and New Zealand. The deal is worth $44.5 million, to be satisfied in cash and new shares of iCandy.
