	Description:		There's been harsh condemnation of Israel's latest changes to its death penalty legislation. Israel's parliament has passed a law making death penalty by hanging the default sentence for Palestinians convicted of killing Israelis. Jewish citizens would only be sentenced to death if they commit murder with the aim of "ending Israel's existence". The international community and rights groups have slammed the move as discriminatory and inhumane.
