	Description:		Despite other countries evacuating their citizens and personnel from Sudan, United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has announced that the UN will stay in the country to support the Sudanese people. Mr Guterres fears that the fighting could escalate and spread throughout the region. Meanwhile, the US and its allies are working to end hostilities and provide humanitarian relief, as the conflict has resulted in hundreds of deaths and injuries since mid-April
