Earlier this year, Indigenous teen Cassius Turvey was attacked as he walked home from school with friends in the Perth suburb of Middle Swan. He died ten days later in hospital. Cassius' death highlighted the violence experienced by the Aboriginal community, in this case, in broad daylight. Megan Krakouer, project director of the National Suicide Prevention and Trauma Recovery Project, talks about the Turvey family's pain and why she helped organise vigils across the nation.
