Former Liberal staffer Rachelle Miller has secured a $650,000 settlement with the Commonwealth, two years after going public about her affair with then-minister Alan Tudge.
The settlement addresses Miller’s claim of damage and loss suffered after working for two cabinet ministers - Tudge and Michaelia Cash.
The Commonwealth admitted no liability in the matter but the settlement will cover Miller’s loss of earnings, medical expenses, hurt, distress and legal costs.
