And yet I think most people are still pretty confused because the food companies have deliberately made it difficult to figure out.
You walk through the supermarket and you see things like:

- no added sugar
- no added MSG
- gluten free
…and it all sounds pretty healthy.
But when you turn the packet around, the ingredient list can tell a very different story.
