Anne played with their online nutritional calculator and came up with the following: Best lunch or dinner: A Grand Big Mac with no bun, Big Mac sauce or cheese (300 calories, 23 grams of fat, 2 grams of carbs, and 25 grams of protein) eaten with or on a dry Side Salad (15 calories, 0 grams of fat, 3 grams of carbs, and 1 gram of protein). Best Breakfast Option: If you are NSNG, opt for one or more Egg McMuffins with no muffin or cheese (110 calories, 7 grams of fat, 1 gram of carbs, and 10 grams of protein each). If you are just generally eating low carb, high fat, get the Big BReakfast with no biscuit or hash browns (340 calories, 29 grams of fat, 2 grams of carbs, 19 grams of protein).
