As a leadership expert, author, speaker and practitioner in the ADF, Heston believes Australians politicians are not displaying the qualities of leadership but it doesn’t have to be this way. In this discussion we covered the political landscape of the Australian federal election, but also dived into what really makes a leader, and why we should demand such leaders in politics and in society more broadly.
