For more than 20 years, Ada Nicodemou has graced our television screens as Leah Patterson in iconic Aussie soap ‘Home & Away’, along with roles in Heartbreak High, Police Rescue, Breakers, and The Matrix. She’s been the familiar, effervescent ‘girl next door’ for as long as we can remember, but now, the queen of Summer Bay is an experienced and level-headed 43 year old woman who graciously let us in on everything from surviving the loss of a child to the importance of scheduling ‘self care’ appointments with yourself.
