Tanya Hosch is the general manager of inclusion and social policy at the AFL and is the reigning South Australian 'Australian of the Year'.
She's also spent a long time learning how her body reacts to her depression and what helps her through. Tanya isn't afraid to talk about her struggles and hopefully you'll heed some of the advice from this amazing woman.
