We know it can be very frustrating when you don’t hear back from Tradies. Whether you’re trying to find quotes for a job or are chasing up when a project will be completed, hearing nothing can put a real damper on your timeline.

There could be so many reasons but first remember that Tradies are really busy. They often work 7 days a week, are working with tools and may simply not have their phone on them.

If you’ve already made contact with a Tradie and all of a sudden they’re not calling you back, don’t feel like you’re bound to them. You’re free to move on to the next Tradie on your list. 


There are so many different platforms and ways to find tradies. But how do you know if they’re any good? Kribashini shares how to find great personal referrals through creating your own network with your current contacts. 


Just remember, before paying anyone a deposit, make sure you’re feeling comfortable with their business and ideally, they come from someone you know.
