In this episode, we look at two different business who have gone around mitigating their risk in very different way.
First stop is to the southern Mallee to meet Craig Henderson. Craig and his family have built their business to spread their risk over the low and medium rainfall zones of western Victoria.
Then we visit Tim Gleeson at Swan Hill where he farms 18,000 hectares with his brother. They have built their business to be as vertically integrated into their supply chain as possible.
