From India and Switzerland respectively, the duo began their friendship in the dance-floor first, sharing their decades long passion and appreciation for progressive and electronic sounds. Fate brought them together performing as DJs in several occasions, eventually leading to the decision of uniting their musical influences and visions into a LIVE & Production Project; enter Spirit & the Guide. With each of them bringing and complementing the new-born project with unique influences from their own personal musical background, fusing different elements resulting in a synth-full sound filled with mystery, mysticism and groove, reminiscent of global sounds gathered in years spent on dance floors. The infusion of ethnic vibes into their productions has become a signature trait of their music, creating inspiring, introspective and uplifting sensations. Focusing on mostly day-time and sundowner sounds, since their debut the duo has been steadily releasing on a number of high-profile labels around the world, always grabbing very positive feedbacks form listeners and other producers alike.
