Jay Michaelson is a journalist, meditation teacher, author of many books, and worked as an LGBTQ activist for ten years. Jay holds a Ph.D. in religion from Hebrew University, a J.D. from Yale Law School, a nondenominational rabbinic ordination, and is authorized to teach in the Theravadan Buddhist lineage.
