You can’t figure out why you aren’t making progress with your weight loss goals and you keep slipping into old behaviors.
You see what you are doing but can’t stop. This is because you are thinking the same old thoughts.
You need new thoughts. I’m going to give you some of the thoughts I use for myself and my Freedom Group members that you can borrow until they become natural for you.
We are going to look at a few thoughts that I invite you to try for yourself. I’ll help you see where these thoughts can lead you and what your results might be.
Change comes from practicing new thoughts that give you what you want, until they become your own. Until they just become what you do on a regular basis.
