Actress, Writer, Director and Multiple Award-Winning Audiobook Narrator Thérèse Plummer has recorded over 400 titles of all genres for various publishers and she can be seen in an upcoming episode of Virgin River on Netflix soon. "And I love what you also said about our current situation with the quarantine and with the pandemic, and just all of it is scary and I wanna just use my voice to say that and validate that for people. It's frightening. It's scary and we're relying on news and what I would like to suggest, which I've done for myself, is to really temper that and maybe, you know 5, 10, 15 minutes in the morning, but then turn it off and direct your attention to the sunshine coming in through your window or, you know, an audiobook, listen to a story, go for a walk and stay six feet away from anybody walking on the trail with you, but just... just turn it around and we do have that choice, Georgian, right like we have a choice to switch it to turn it around."
