Even with all of the amazing benefits of waking up early it can be hard to feel ready to dominate your day right away. Fortunately, there are a few simple strategies you can implement to bounce out of bed with enthusiasm.
During the first few weeks of my transition to an early morning I was exhausted. It was a little painful to crawl out of bed in the dark and head out for a run.
But, I slowly began to feel better and it wasn't long before I was literally clamoring to get out of bed when my alarm went off, sometimes even earlier. |
