I am not a fan of resolutions — but I am a HUGE fan of intentionally planning overly ambitious goals. In today's episode of The 5 AM Miracle Podcast I discuss how to plan and execute audacious goals for the new year!
Though I think this Les Brown quote is a little cheesy, it nails the theory behind setting big goals: “Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars.”
That's where we're heading in the new year, to the moon, at least metaphorically.

This week's tip is how to optimize the holiday season with your family while maintaining your health and sanity.- Have a plan.
