Do you always achieve every one of your goals? I sure don't. That's why I got an accountability partner. In this week's episode of The 5 AM Miracle Podcast I discuss what it takes to optimize an accountability partnership to achieve your goals.
At the beginning of this year I began a weekly accountability meeting with Matt Frazier from No Meat Athlete. We “meet” via Skype every Friday morning for a 30-minute video chat and discuss many great topics to keep both of us on track to achieve our goals.
I was really hesitant to begin this process because I really thought I didn't need anyone to hold me accountable to my own goals. Well, I was wrong. Today, I'll tell you why and show you how you can get the most out of meeting with your own accountability partner.
