What’s your sex number?

Do you have an idea of how many times you need to be activating and moving your sexual energy within any given week?

Here’s why I think this is useful: when you are aware of how often you need to be connecting (not just sexual intercourse), you then have an idea of how you can achieve that. I believe firmly that through activating our sexual energy, it supports everything else in our life. So following in that frame of mind, it would serve us well to know our number, so we can then implement habits and accountability to help us reach that number.

I started tracking my sexual activity, so I could see the patterns and results and what showed up - in my communication and connection in my marriage, how the household was running, how my daughter was responding to my energy and patience and even how the businesses are doing. I feel so much more informed and empowered when it comes to taking responsibility for my wellness, balance and orgasmic joy.
