ప్రపంచవ్యాప్తంగా, మార్చి 11 నాటికి, COVID-19 కేసుల సంఖ్య దాదాపు 1,20,000. COVID-19 కారణంగా ఇప్పటివరకు 4300 మంది మరణించారు. భారతదేశంలో కేసుల సంఖ్య 60 కి చేరుకుంది, అందులో 16 మంది ఇటాలియన్ పర్యాటకులు.

నేటి సమాచారం సమీక్షలో అయేషా మిన్హాజ్ పల్మోనాలజిస్ట్ డాక్టర్ కె. సుభాకర్ గారి తో మాట్లాడారు. డాక్టర్ సుభాకర్ Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) గురించి, ఇది ఎలా సంక్రమిస్తుంది, తీసుకోవలసిన జాగ్రత్తలు, ఇంకా WhatsApp లో పెరుగుతున్న పుకార్ల గురించి చర్చించారు. డాక్టర్ సుభాకర్ ప్రస్తుతం కేర్ హాస్పిటల్ లో కన్సల్టెంట్ పల్మోనాలజిస్ట్.


(In Today’s Samacharam Sameeksha, Ayesha Minhaz speaks to Dr K Subhakar, a pulmonologist. Dr Subhakar talks about coronaviruses, the novel coronavirus, how it is transmitted, what precautions are to be taken, and the need to dispel myths. Dr Subhakar is currently a consultant pulmonologist at Care Hospital. He is also a Prof of pulmonary medicine. Dr Subakar diagnosed the first swine flu case in India.

The novel coronavirus COVID-19 was identified on January 7. Globally, the number of positive cases are nearly 1,20,000 and nearly 4300 deaths have been registered. Since the time we recorded the episode, the number of cases in India has gone up to 60, of which 16 are the Italian tourists.)
