It’s a fantastic organisation which has played an important part in thousands of runner’s lives all over the world since Paul founded it in 2004. So Paul kicks things off with some of Joe’s running and volenteering statistics, before going on to explain how Parkrun came about and grew into the much-loved institution that it is now.
