Joe & David interrupt elderly couple Duncy and Cecily stretching and doing a workout by the side of the canal. Duncan has a dicky tummy because their little dog Dorothy has been eating blue cheese. David joins them for some stretches and has a therapy session with Cecily. Barney, one of Cecily's clients turns up in a bit of a state. They discover that Cecily has also worked with Nigel Havers. Then they all go for a ploughman’s at the pub.
