Philip was 21 years old when he was last seen leaving a Christmas party, at a Navy barracks in Liverpool. He was last seen getting into a taxi with two women and another man. But from there – what happened to Philip isn’t known. Helicopters and police divers searched 200 miles of coastline, with no trace of him.
