Patty Vaughn, a 32-year-old Mother of three, was last seen on Christmas Day in 1996 at her home in La Vernia, Texas. Though she and her husband J.R. were separated, they spent they spent the day together at the family home with their three kids. According to J.R., the two spent most of the day fighting and Patty eventually left in her minivan. The minivan was found abandoned on the side of the road the next day.
