	Description:		It's that time of the year. The end of 2022, and time for my Solo Episode. I couldn’t think of what I wanted to do this year for the Solo Episode. Last year I did a 2021 Health Update, and I did “Top 20 Lessons" in 2020. There has always been something that felt top of mind for me. This year I just didn’t have that thing, that “this is what I want to talk about” thing. So it hit me, literally yesterday. That I should ask you guys what you want to know about me. So the 2022 - Solo Episode is an AMA - Q&A style Solo Episode, with an opening Health Update. I am answering some Pretty Intense questions. We hope you enjoy the show.
