Shay is the Founder, Visionary of Rising Woman, and Conscious Relationship, Spiritual Psychology writer. She spent years in apprenticeship with a spiritual teacher in the realms of transpersonal therapy, shadow work, breath-work and Conscious Relationship, and has gone on to study imago couples dialogue with Harville Hendrix, training in attachment trauma as well as her couples work with her husband Ben. Through a traumatic childhood, addiction and abuse, Shay found her way to the inner-work and Rising Woman was born.
