Description: The coronavirus pandemic has become a "wake-up call for how we treat elderly people in Sweden" says one chief medical officer, following a damning report from the health care watchdog IVO.

On Thursday, the government announced that students in upper secondary schools will have to return to remote learning for a month from Monday, to help stop the spread of Covid-19. We also have an update in the story that made international headlines this week, a 70-year-old woman was accused of isolating her son for decades, but now the prosecutor is dropping the criminal investigation.
