In the 1970's a quarter of the population had myopia or nearsightedness. Nearly half of the population have myopia today!

Blue light is well known to alter our circadian rhythm. People who read on their smartphone have a harder time falling asleep. The last 2-3 hours a day should be technology free.

Jacqui and Bryan also discuss our increased availability to others and what is acceptable. What level do we allow ourselves to be available to others?
