Chinese poems had been the inspiration of many renowned guzheng musical pieces.
Today, we will hear some classics of the zither selected from Ms Yuan Sha’s album. By giving brief introductions to the poems’ background, we hope it’ll be helpful in bringing you closer to the culture beyond music. Ms Yuan is a celebrated guzheng instrumentalist and associate professor with the Central Conservatory of Music.
