The video was recorded live at this year's South by Southwest Music Festival in Austin, TX. Of all the bands performing at "Happy At Last," the NPR/SXSW Tribute to Leonard Cohen, Tigercity was the band that surprised me the most. To start with, they tackled the song "Suzanne."
