Government SMS broadcasts have been a hot topic lately, with recent messages being lambasted for praising the government. In response to this, Deputy Communications and Digital Minister, Teo Nie Ching has said that the ministry will review the SOP for its systems. We discuss how we can fully utilise this system better, and whether it actually has value.
