Description: Queenstown Lakes District councillors have hit the brakes on free-for-all freedom camping by agreeing to restrict it to 141 car parks across the region. Councillors this afternoon voted for a new freedom camping bylaw, more than a year after the last one was quashed in the High Court. Katie Todd reports.
