A hallmark of this is either you’re eating when you are not physically hungry, or you start off hungry and then you stop paying attention to your body and you just keep eating.

And so now in the middle of a worldwide crisis your old habit wakes up and comes to life, signaling to you to eat often when you are stressed and not hungry.
