When we get stressed out it seems that our Mind begins to speed up to the point everything seems chaotic. We try to quiet the mind and settle ourselves down, but it seems the harder we try to be calm the more the mind goes into chaos. The reason this happens is because we cannot calm the mind by focusing on the mind.
