Jon Gaunt is overjoyed that England won the cricket but would have been just as happy if it had been declared a draw. It was one of the greatest sporting moments ever. Jon is really angry about Basu of the Yard thinking that he can end the freedom of the press and he is calling for him to be sacked. Jon is still unhappy about the Kim Darroch affair and the constant attacks on Donald Trump. Finally he has a real go at London Mayor Sadiq Khan and his latest solution to knife crime which appears to be buy another pool table and open a youth club! Jon is outraged that Khan is not accepting any responsibility for the murders and is again blaming poverty. Jon sees this as a direct attack on the working class and is really angry about it.
