Jon Gaunt has been laid low with the flu but now he is back with half a voice but plenty of opinions on the state of the UK. The mess we are in is the fault of most of the politicians who never wanted us to leave the EU and have been determined to derail it since we voted. Jon thinks that they thought they would wear us down but this hasn't happened and now he thinks the country is like a tinderbox. The arrest of a man for calling a politician a Nazi and the erection of perspex around the temporary TV studios outside parliament to silence the protestors on all sides. But the people must be listened to and obeyed. Tomorrow is a vital day for our democracy and politicians must understand it is not just politics that they have broken but the country as well.
