Description: President Trump gave a more sober briefing about the coronavirus Tuesday evening, though it still contained inaccuracies. He said, months into the pandemic, that the White House is working on a strategy. And President Trump released a memorandum Tuesday that calls for the exclusion of unauthorized immigrants from the numbers used to divide up seats in Congress among the states.
